Respect & Courtesy
Treat all participants, staff, volunteers, and vendors with kindness, respect, and patience.
Use appropriate language. No harassment, bullying, threats, or discriminatory remarks will be tolerated.
Listen to event staff and follow their directions promptly.
Respect others’ personal space — no unwanted touching, pushing, or rough behavior.
Safety & Supervision
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Using the games, inflatables and/or interactive equipment is at your own risk and you take full responsibility for you and your child(ren) in these areas.
Emergency pathways, fire lanes, and exits must remain clear at all times.
If you see something unsafe (e.g. broken equipment, loose wiring, crowding), report it immediately to staff or a volunteer.
Health, Hygiene & Cleanliness
Dispose of trash, food wrappers, and recyclables in provided receptacles. Keep the venue clean.
If you or your child needs first aid, please visit the first aid station at the entrance.
No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances anywhere on school grounds.
Items, Conduct & Behavior
Prohibited items: weapons (or objects that could be used as weapons), fireworks, glass containers, laser pointers, alcoholic beverages, and illegal substances.
Costumes and face paint are welcome! But no masks that completely obscure the face (for safety, identification & security reasons.) Masks are allowed during the costume contest.
Props or toys resembling weapons must be peaceable (safe, non-sharp, non-functional).
Respect photo/video policies: you may take photos, but avoid intrusive or inappropriate photography (especially of minors) without permission.
Incident Reporting & Assistance
If you or your child is lost, injured, or need assistance: go to the first-aid station at the front entrance or contact staff or a volunteer.
Lost & found will be located at the entrance gate.
Report any harassment, threatening behavior, or suspicious activity immediately. Staff will respond.
In case of emergency, follow the directions of the staff, security, or local authorities.
Consequences & Enforcement
Violations of the rules may result in removal from the festival without a refund.
Repeated or serious violations (e.g. violence, harassment) may lead to notification of law enforcement.
Festival organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone whose behavior endangers others or interferes with the event.
All participants are expected to adhere to local laws and school/district rules.

All tickets are digital, and all sales are final.
In case of extreme bad weather, acts of God or anything outside the control of the school, Monster Mash will reschedule for the following day or you will be notified of an alternative option.
